Backyard Shed Remodel

My parents wanted to remodel a shed in our backyard.  I helped extensively in this project starting from demolition of a bunch of workbenches and stuff inside to putting in new plywood sheathing for the walls that involved lot of cutting and figuring out angles, cutting holes for outlets, and cutting beadboard to cover the walls.  I got good at handling power tools in this project, especially the jigsaw, a table saw, and drills.

Since none of the walls were perfectly square, cutting some of the big pieces of beadboard was a challenge as slight angles needed to be figured in.  For half of the back wall, I even did a CAD model to figure out the precise angle I needed to cut to make the whole thing fit well, and it turned out alright.

It turned out well and we can hangout and sleep in there now.

Since this shed was recommissioned as a seating area in our yard, another shed had to be built to house the tools, garden equipment etc.  We got a kit from Lowe's and built that as well.  I assisted in the carpentry and assembly of that one as well as the next gallery below shows.
